Due to the COVID-19 pandemic many local nonprofit organizations were forced to cancel their annual fundraising events. The organizations rely heavily on these events to support their cause and budget. While some were fortunate to be able to move to a virtual experience, many could not. Our nonprofit organizations are also struggling due to an overall decrease in giving. With the directory we’ve compiled below, you can find ways to donate to local nonprofits that need it the most during this uncertain time.

Biographical Info

The mission and vision of Teddy’s Rescue is to place dogs and cats, of all sizes and all breeds, who currently have no home into a loving, forever home. We are committed to providing the animals that come to Teddy’s Rescue with the best possible care while they wait for their forever homes. This includes each animal being spayed or neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations and on heartworm and flea maintenance. We place animals in loving, responsible, committed, permanent homes following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing an animal into their homes and lives.
