Due to the COVID-19 pandemic many local nonprofit organizations were forced to cancel their annual fundraising events. The organizations rely heavily on these events to support their cause and budget. While some were fortunate to be able to move to a virtual experience, many could not. Our nonprofit organizations are also struggling due to an overall decrease in giving. Biographical Info

It is the mission of the Challenged Champions Equestrian Center Inc. to enrich the lives of children and adults with special needs through facilitated equine activities. CCEC began its mission in 1997 and has grown to serve over 400 veterans and individuals with special needs annually. Equine assisted activities and therapies have been proven to shown improvement in riders balance, motor skills, breathing and circulation, speech, hand-eye coordination, self-esteem and social skills.
