CERTIFICATION AND INDEMNIFICATION
In order to induce it to accept a certain paid notice for publication in the “Baby’s First Christmas” pages of The Courier, the undersigned hereby certifies to The Courier that said notice is offered in good faith and is not intended to hurt, embarrass or ridicule any person depicted or mentioned in the notice and that the undersigned has no reason to believe that any person depicted or mentioned in the notice will be offended by it. The undersigned, as a further inducement to The Courier, hereby agrees to indemnify and hold it harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, losses or damages including attorney’s fee which result either directly from the publication of said paid notice.
